+ Entrepreneurship and Innovation :
This module equips students with advanced levels of knowledge and understanding of the process of assessing and transforming ideas into innovation opportunities. Students also learn to develop an ability to locate, analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information.
+ Digital Marketing and Communications:
This module is all about using digital technologies and platforms for marketing purposes. It aims to develop students’ critical thinking and ability to apply and adapt theories to cases in international marketing. It includes digital strategy creation, content creation, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, and data analysis to assess campaign effectiveness.
+ Information Systems and Knowledge Management:
This session looks at how businesses use information systems to efficiently handle knowledge and data. It addresses subjects like knowledge production and sharing, database management, business intelligence, IT infrastructure management, and the effect of information technology on organizational performance.
+ Strategic Management:
This module focuses on developing and putting into action strategies to achieve organisational goals. It focuses on strategy creation and the management of its implementation as key success factors to create and sustain a competitive advantage in the business environment.

They will also study budgeting strategies to allocate resources effectively, scheduling procedures to guarantee activities are finished on schedule, and risk management approaches to foresee and minimize possible problems. Students will also be introduced to various project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, and will learn how to apply them appropriately depending on the project’s characteristics and requirements.
+ International Marketing Strategy:
This module examines the complexities of the macro and micro factors that affect and condition the development of an international marketing strategy including marketing products and services in international markets. It is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to make ethically and socially responsible marketing decisions in a global context including global branding, adaptation vs. standardization, distribution channels, pricing strategies, and managing international marketing campaigns.
+ Corporate Finance and Decision-Making:
This module focuses on financial methods and accounting operations used by firms to make important financial decisions. The course studied financial management within organizations, emphasizing financial decision-making processes. Key topics include financial goal-setting, performance reporting, interpreting financial statements, cost analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, investment appraisal, financing sources, risk management strategies, international financial markets, corporate governance, and stakeholder value creation.
